WOW! This explains why women make seventy-five cents for every dollar a man in an equivalent position makes. It’s because they just aren’t as good at being human beings, right? And that’s why the pay gap is actually getting worse and not better, despite the fact that more women are entering higher education and succeeding in areas like math, science, and medicine that have been traditionally male-oriented? Seriously, Soup, you are killing me.
YOU ARE A SMART MAN. YOU ARE A GOOD MAN. I LIKE YOU. STOP PUTTING YOUR FOOT IN YOUR MOUTH. YOU HAVE TO ADMIT YOU ARE WRONG HERE. PLEASE.
I’m not denying there are inequalities when it comes to compensation. The only way to fight that is to prove time and again that a woman can do the same job just as good as a man.
Any employer in their right mind is going to hire someone more competent and qualified, regardless of gender, or to their own peril, and ultimately their own failure as a businessperson. Its simple economics. Nobody is going to perpetuate a sterotype at the expense of their own bottom line.
The idea of feminism creates more seperation between the sexes. Isn’t the goal to create equality?
